clinicalRSVP does not collect study data. This is the primary way in
which clinicalRSVP maintains privacy for research organizations.
In addition, clinicalRSVP data security practices meet the highest industry
standards for controls over electronic records as outlined by 21CFR Part 11.
Systems validation reports and other data security documentation protect users in
the event of any sponsor or regulatory audits that may occur at a research site.
Finally, clinicalRSVP data is housed according to SSAE 16 (Formerly SAS 70)
Type II certified data center requirements.
Privacy for Participants
clinicalRSVP does not collect participant names or contact information,
nor does it collect medical information about subjects.
In addition, clinicalRSVP demonstrates the highest legal and ethical
standards regarding the use and disclosure of personal information about
individuals who seek to participate in research studies, including strict
compliance with guidelines for HIPAA in the United States and PIPEDA
in Canada.
